I’m super stoked to have landed this commission! Huge thanks to the car owner for trusting me with this project. When I first heard that I was supposed to use their custom Splatoon design as the main image, I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant. You see, I can’t just take any image and put it on the car; I need to make sure it’s going to look top-notch. I was worried that the image might be low quality, and after applying it, it would look all blurry and pixelated, which would be a total disaster. The last thing I want is for the client to be upset and say the car is undrivable because of the design!
Fortunately, the car owner was incredibly cooperative and went above and beyond to provide me with some awesome, high-resolution photos that were perfect for the job. With those in hand, I rolled up my sleeves and put in the work to enhance the image to crystal clear quality. The vibrant and dynamic style of Splatoon really sparked my creativity, and I put together the design faster than you can say ‘Booyah!’ It turned out pretty ink-credible, if I do say so myself!
